Wireless in-ear headphones are designed for listening to music and making calls without cables. They connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.0 and maintain a signal up to a distance of 20 metres. You control music playback, volume, and calls directly on the headphones, and there is also support for the voice assistant Siri. On a single charge, the headphones play for approximately 3 hours and can then be recharged in the case with a 400 mAh battery. The headphones come with transparent tips fitted.
- Connection — The headphones connect wirelessly to your phone or other Bluetooth-enabled devices via Bluetooth 5.0. You can easily establish the connection through the Bluetooth menu on your phone. The signal range is up to 20 metres, allowing you to move freely around your home, office, or garden.
- Music Control — You control music playback and adjust the volume directly on the headphones. This means you do not have to take your phone out of your pocket or bag for every adjustment.
- Voice Assistant — The headphones support the voice assistant Siri. You can use the assistant without having to pick up your phone. Simply give your request verbally.
- Calls — You can accept or decline incoming calls directly on the headphone, and you can also end the call in the same way. During phone calls, you have hands-free capability for other activities. This is particularly useful while working, cooking, or travelling. Your phone can remain in your pocket or on the table.
- Battery and Duration — Each headphone has a battery capacity of 40 mAh, which lasts for approximately 3 hours of operation. The charging case contains a battery with a capacity of 400 mAh, which recharges the stored headphones. This allows you to recharge the headphones multiple times throughout the day, even away from a power outlet.
- Charging Case — The case has a rounded shape and a flip-top lid. Inside, there are two shaped recesses where you place the headphones. The stored headphones are protected in the case and are also charging. When the lid is closed, you keep the headphones in one place, preventing them from getting lost in your bag.
- Shape and Sound — The headphones are of the earbud type and fit directly into the ear canal. The body of the headphones is shaped and has a round surface on the outside. The sensitivity of the headphones is 115 dB.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
