Wireless in-ear headphones connected by a cable are designed for listening to music from a phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device. The two headphones are connected by a cable with a remote control that you can wear around your neck, so when you take the headphones out of your ears, they will hang around your neck. They connect to the sound source via Bluetooth 4.1 and the signal has a range of up to 15 metres. The remote control with three buttons is used for controlling music playback. The headphones have a sensitivity of 125 dB and a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz.
- Cable with remote control — the headphones are connected by a cable that has a remote control with three buttons. You can wear the cable around your neck, so the headphones stay with you after you take them out of your ears.
- Music control — you control music playback directly from the cable using the buttons on the remote. Therefore, you do not need to take your phone out of your pocket for every change.
- Wireless connection — the headphones connect to the sound source via Bluetooth version 4.1. The signal has a range of up to 15 metres, so you do not need to keep your phone directly with you. The headphones can be paired with any device that supports Bluetooth.
- Sound parameters — the frequency range of the headphones is 20 Hz to 20 kHz and the sensitivity reaches 125 dB. The impedance is up to 32 Ω. The headphones are of the in-ear type, so they fit directly into the ear canal.
- Contents of the package — 1x wireless headphones, 1x charging cable. The white stand shown in the photograph is not included.
These wireless in-ear headphones are suitable for everyday music listening from a phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device. The cable with the remote control keeps both headphones together and allows you to control the music without taking out your phone. The signal range of up to 15 metres gives you the freedom to move around the room. The package also includes a charging cable, so you can charge the headphones immediately after unpacking.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
