The wireless in-ear headphones with silicone tips connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.1 with a range of 10 metres. The battery life is 4 to 6 hours, and the charging case has a battery capacity of 2200 mAh. The case features a display that shows the battery status. You can switch tracks, adjust the volume, take calls, or activate the voice assistant directly from the headphones. The package also includes a charging cable and four silicone tips.
- Connection — the headphones connect to the device via Bluetooth 5.1 in the 2.402 to 2.480 GHz band. The signal range is 10 metres, so you don’t need to keep your phone on you at all times.
- Control — you can switch tracks, increase or decrease the volume, and answer or end calls directly on the headphones. The control on the earbud also activates the voice assistant on your phone and turns the headphones on or off.
- Battery — each earbud has a battery capacity of 50 mAh, providing a battery life of 4 to 6 hours. The charging case has a battery capacity of 2200 mAh, allowing you to recharge the headphones repeatedly even when you are away from home.
- Display — the case features a display that shows the battery status in percentage. At a glance, you can see when the case needs recharging.
- Silicone Tips — the headphones fit into the ear canal, and the silicone tips help keep them in place. The package includes four silicone tips that you can replace when worn out.
- Sound — the impedance of the headphones is 32 Ω. The headphones are suitable for listening to music, podcasts, and videos, as well as for making calls.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
