The wireless handsfree is mounted on a motorcycle helmet and allows you to make calls with the helmet on. The control unit attaches to the outside of the helmet, while the speakers and microphone are placed inside. You control the call using the buttons on the unit, and you do not need to hold the phone in your hand. In standby mode, it lasts up to 120 hours. The range of the wireless connection is 10 m.
- Control unit — on the unit, you will find plus and minus buttons and a button with a phone symbol for calls. This allows you to manage calls without handling the phone. The unit has a flat shape and remains on the side of the helmet after installation.
- Helmet mounting — the control unit is attached to the helmet using a holder with a clip on the outside of the helmet. The speakers and microphone are connected to the unit by a cable and are placed inside the helmet.
- Speakers — the handsfree includes two flat round speakers, which are placed inside the helmet near the ears. Due to their flat design, they take up little space inside the helmet. Both speakers are connected by a cable, so you can hear the call in both ears.
- Microphone — it also includes a microphone on a flexible arm, which is placed in front of the mouth. You can bend the arm into a position that suits you.
- Battery life and range — in standby mode, the handsfree lasts up to 120 hours. The range of the wireless connection is 10 m, allowing the phone to remain in your pocket or in luggage on the motorcycle.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
