These black over-ear headphones offer comfortable music listening at home, on the go, and while working. They connect wirelessly to your phone, tablet, or computer via Bluetooth 5.0 with a range of up to 10 metres. For devices without Bluetooth, a 3.5 mm jack cable is included, allowing you to connect them to a standard headphone socket. The soft memory foam padding envelops your ears. You can insert a Micro SD card into the ear cup slot and listen to music even without a connected phone.

- Micro SD Card — On the edge of the ear cup, there is a slot for a Micro SD card. Once you insert a card with music, you can listen to your favourite tracks even without a phone. Please prepare your own music card, as it is not included in the package.
- Controls on the Ear Cup — The buttons on the edge of the ear cup are used to control the volume and playback of music. You can change the volume or playback without having to reach for your phone.
- Audio Specifications — The frequency range of the headphones is 20 Hz to 20 kHz, impedance 32 Ω, and sensitivity 108 dB. The range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz covers the spectrum that the human ear typically hears, from deep bass to high tones. The impedance of 32 Ω is suitable for phones and portable players.
- Battery — The headphones feature a built-in lithium battery with a capacity of 1050 mAh. You can recharge it using the included Micro USB cable, which you can plug into a charger or a computer.
- Foldable Design — The ear cups can be folded into the headband, making the headphones take up less space in your bag or backpack. The padding of the ear cups made of memory foam is soft and envelops the entire ear.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
