Wireless earbuds sit in the ear and do not insert deeply into the ear canal like plugs. They connect to devices via Bluetooth 5.0 and can also be used for phone calls thanks to the built-in microphone. You control music playback, answer and end calls, and activate the voice assistant directly from the earbuds. The battery life is rated at 4 hours, after which the earbuds can be recharged in the charging case. - Earbud Shape — the earbuds sit more loosely in the ear than plugs, as they do not have an ear tip inserted into the ear canal. A short stem protrudes from the ear, allowing you to easily grasp and remove the earbud. The earbud itself measures 3.2 x 1.8 cm.
- Connection — the earbuds can be paired with a mobile phone, tablet, or any other device that supports Bluetooth. Audio transmission is ensured by Bluetooth version 5.0. The left and right earbuds are separate and not connected by any cable that could get tangled or caught on clothing.
- Sound — the frequency range of the earbuds is 20 Hz to 20 kHz, which is the range typically perceived by the human ear. The sensitivity of the earbuds is 105 dB. You can use the earbuds for listening to music as well as for phone calls.
- Calls — thanks to the built-in microphone, you can make phone calls with the earbuds in. You can answer or end an incoming call directly from the earbuds, allowing you to handle calls even when your hands are full.
- Music and Assistant — you control music playback directly from the earbuds without needing to take your phone in hand. You can also activate the phone's voice assistant this way. Therefore, you can use it even when your phone is tucked away in your pocket or bag.
- Battery — the battery life is rated at 4 hours and the battery capacity is 300 mAh. After listening, you return the earbuds to the case, where they recharge. The case can be charged with the included charging cable, and the earbuds are then ready for listening again.
- Charging Case — the case has a round shape and dimensions of 5 x 5 cm, making it easy to fit into a pocket or bag. There is a light indicator on the front. The earbuds lie in shaped slots in the case and are protected during transport. Both the earbuds and the case always have the same colour according to the chosen variant.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
