The wireless earbuds connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.0 and maintain a signal up to a distance of 10 m. They are designed as in-ear buds with tips that fit into the ear canal and a short stem pointing downwards. They serve for listening to music and for taking calls, which you can answer, end, or reject directly from the earbuds. When not in use, you can store them in the charging case, which also recharges them. The earbuds have a stated battery life of 28 hours.
- Wireless Connection — the earbuds use Bluetooth 5.0 and communicate with the device up to a distance of 10 m. Your phone can remain in your pocket, bag, or on the table while you move freely. No cable restricts you while listening.
- Earbud Design — the earbuds are worn directly in the ears, with tips that enter the ear canal. Only a short stem protrudes from the ear, which you can easily grasp when inserting or removing the earbud. Both the earbuds and the case are in black.
- Frequency Range — the earbuds transmit sound in the range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, covering the entire spectrum that the human ear can hear. This range includes deep bass, mid-tones with human voice, and high notes. Therefore, the earbuds are suitable for listening to music, videos, and podcasts.
- Impedance and Sensitivity — the impedance of the earbuds is 32 Ω and the sensitivity is 95 dB. Sensitivity indicates how loud the sound will be at a given input signal. An impedance of 32 Ω is a common value for earbuds designed for mobile devices.
- Call Management — you can answer, end, or reject incoming calls using the earbuds. You do not need to take your phone out of your pocket or hold it in your hand. You will appreciate this, for example, while travelling on public transport or during work.
- Music and Assistant — you control music playback directly from the earbuds without reaching for your phone. You can pause or resume a track even if your phone is lying nearby. The earbuds can also activate your phone's voice assistant.
- Battery and Case — the earbuds have a battery with a capacity of 43 mAh and the charging case with a capacity of 600 mAh recharges them whenever you store them inside. The case also protects the earbuds during transport in your pocket or bag. There are three indicator lights on the front of the case.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
