These wireless earbuds allow you to listen to music and make phone calls without cables. They connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.0 with a signal range of 12 m. You can control calls, music playback, and volume directly from the headphones, which feature a built-in microphone. After use, you can store them in the charging case measuring 6 x 3 x 2.5 cm, which will recharge them. The case also protects the headphones during transport.
- Bluetooth 5.0 — the headphones connect wirelessly to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.0. The signal range is 12 m, so you do not need to keep your phone constantly with you. Once paired, you are not limited by any cables while listening or talking.
- Calls — thanks to the microphone, you can make calls without holding the phone in your hand. You can answer or end a call directly on the headphones, leaving your hands free, for example, while walking.
- Control — you can control music playback and adjust the volume directly from the headphones. The headphones also support the voice assistant Siri, allowing you to keep your phone in your pocket or bag.
- Sound — the frequency range of the headphones is 20 Hz to 20 kHz, covering the entire range audible to the human ear. You can use the headphones for listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks.
- Earbud Shape — the headphones have a bud shape with a stem. Unlike in-ear plugs, the buds do not insert deeply into the ear canal.
- Charging Case — the battery capacity of the case is 300 mAh, and each headphone has a battery capacity of 50 mAh. Thanks to the higher capacity of the case, you can recharge the headphones on the go. With dimensions of 6 x 3 x 2.5 cm, the case fits in your pocket. The included cable is used for charging the case.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
