The wireless in-ear headphones are designed for listening to music and making phone calls without cables. One of the earbuds features a microphone on an extended boom that points towards the mouth while worn, as seen in the photographs. The headphones connect to a phone or other device via Bluetooth 5.0 and maintain a signal up to 10 metres. You can answer or end calls directly on the earbud, where you can also adjust the volume and control music playback. When not in use, you can store them in the round charging case with a glowing edge, which also charges them.
- Boom Microphone — one of the earbuds has a long, thin boom with a microphone. When worn, the boom points down towards the mouth, as shown in the photographs. You can use the microphone during phone calls without having to hold the phone to your ear. The other earbud does not have a boom.
- Controls — you can answer or end incoming calls directly on the earbud. You can also adjust the volume and control music playback on the earbuds. This allows your phone to stay in your pocket or bag while listening or talking.
- Connection — the headphones connect wirelessly to a phone or other device via Bluetooth version 5.0. The signal range is up to 10 metres, allowing you to move freely around the room while wearing the earbuds. There is also no hassle of tangled cables in your pocket or snagging on clothing.
- Sound — the frequency range of the headphones is 20 Hz to 20 kHz. This range corresponds to what the human ear typically hears, from deep tones to the highest frequencies.
- Battery Life — on a single charge, the earbuds play for 3 to 5 hours. Each earbud has its own battery with a capacity of 55 mAh. When placed in the case, the earbuds charge from its battery, which has a capacity of 500 mAh, allowing you to recharge them even where no socket is available.
- Charging Case — the case has a round shape and a flip-top lid, under which there are slots for both earbuds. The perimeter of the case features a colour-changing light strip that gives it a distinctive appearance. The case itself can be charged using the included charging cable.
- Material and Appearance — the materials used are ABS plastic and polycarbonate (PC). Both the earbuds and the case are black, and the lid of the case features a subtle pattern resembling circuit boards. On the outer side of the earbuds, there is a circular element in a turquoise hue.
- Package Contents — 2x earbuds, 1x charging case, 1x charging cable. Glasses and clothing shown in the photograph are not included.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
