The wireless Bluetooth headphones feature ear hooks that hang over the top of the ear. They connect to your phone or other device via Bluetooth 5.0, and thanks to the built-in microphone, you can use them for phone calls as well. You control the volume, music playback, and incoming calls directly on the headphones. The battery life is 8 hours, so the headphones can handle longer listening sessions. When not in use, you can store them in the oval charging case, which you can recharge with the included USB-C cable.
- Ear Hooks — each headphone has a hook that hangs over the top of the ear and helps keep the headphone in place. The right headphone is marked with the letter R, so you can easily tell which belongs in which ear. This allows you to put on the headphones quickly and correctly.
- Calls — the headphones have a built-in microphone, so you can use them for phone calls as well. You can accept or reject incoming calls directly on the headphone. Your phone can remain in your pocket or bag during the call, leaving your hands free.
- Control — you can adjust the volume and control music playback on the headphones. You can perform common tasks without reaching for your phone, for example, when your hands are full or you are on the move. The controls are always at hand right next to your ear.
- Connection and Sound — the headphones connect to your phone or other compatible device via Bluetooth 5.0. Both headphones are independent and are not connected by any cable, so nothing gets tangled while moving. The frequency range is 20 Hz to 20 kHz and the impedance is 16 Ω.
- Battery — the stated battery capacity is 800 mAh and the battery life is 8 hours. Actual battery life may vary depending on volume and usage. When you are not using the headphones, place them in the case, where they will recharge. The case also serves as a carrying case for them.
- Charging Case — the case has an oval shape and a flip-top lid. Inside are slots for both headphones with charging contacts. On the front of the case, there are four small indicators that are visible even when the lid is closed. You can recharge the case with the included USB-C cable.
- Appearance — both the headphones and the case are black with silver details that give them an elegant look. The outer side of the headphones is round and bordered with a silver ring, and the case has a silver trim around the edge.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
