- Torch — The side of the charging case has a built-in torch that emits white light. You can use it to illuminate your bag or find your way in the dark. Therefore, you carry the case not just for the earbuds.
- Display — The display is located under the lid with a glossy mirror-like surface and is visible even when the case is closed. In addition to the charge percentage, it also shows battery symbols. This way, you can quickly see how charged it is at a glance.
- Connection — The earbuds connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.1. The signal maintains a distance of 10 metres, so you don't need to have your phone constantly with you. Without cables, nothing gets tangled or caught on your clothing.
- Sound — The frequency range of the earbuds is 20 Hz to 20 kHz, which corresponds to the range that the human ear typically hears. The sensitivity of the earbuds is 120 dB.
- Control — You can answer or end calls, adjust the volume, and control music playback directly on the earbuds. The earbuds also support the Siri voice assistant, so you don't need to pull your phone out of your pocket for common tasks.
- Battery — The charging case has a battery capacity of 2000 mAh, and each earbud has a battery capacity of 50 mAh. The capacity of the case is therefore many times higher than that of the earbuds, allowing you to recharge them repeatedly. When placed in the case, the earbuds charge even on the go without a socket. The case itself can be charged with the included charging cable.
- Design — The earbuds have a shape that fits snugly in the ear. Both the earbuds and the case are black, and the earbuds feature a blue trim. Inside the case, there are two round slots for the earbuds. The case has a rectangular shape with rounded corners and a small loop in one corner.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
