The wireless headset with microphone allows you to talk hands-free. It is worn behind the ear, where it is held in place by a curved hook, and connects to your phone or other device via Bluetooth. In addition to answering and ending calls, it also manages volume settings and music playback. The connection can be maintained at a distance of up to 10 metres from the paired device. The headset body has compact dimensions of 5.8 x 2.2 x 1.6 cm.
- Worn behind the ear — the headset is placed behind the ear and is held in place by a curved ear hook. This way, you do not need to hold anything in your hand during a call and can engage in other activities. The headset is single-sided, so you hear sound in one ear while the other remains free.
- Call control — the headset allows you to answer and end calls and adjust the volume. The built-in microphone transmits your voice during calls. Common tasks while on the phone can thus be managed without reaching for your phone.
- Music playback — in addition to calls, you can also control music playback with the headset. The frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz corresponds to the range that the human ear typically hears.
- Signal range — the headset communicates wirelessly with the device via Bluetooth. The signal range is up to 10 m, so you do not need to keep your phone with you at all times and it can remain on a table, for example.
- Battery and switch — the headset is powered by a 260 mAh battery. On the side of the body is a switch marked ON and OFF, which allows you to easily turn the headset on and off.
- Dimensions — the body of the headset measures 5.8 x 2.2 x 1.6 cm. It is therefore discreet on the ear and can be easily stored in your pocket or bag after use.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
