The winter reversible duvet measuring 200 × 230 cm is designed for maximum comfort during cold nights. The combination of soft velvet material and the warm Sherpa side provides a soft and pleasant surface when in contact with the skin, while also helping to maintain a stable temperature during sleep. The duvet creates a cosy environment for relaxation and is especially suitable for the winter season.
One side is made from smooth milk velvet material, which is sleek, soft, and pleasant to the touch. The other side features a structure of artificial Sherpa, which helps to retain heat and creates a distinctly warm feeling when covered. Thanks to this combination of materials, the duvet provides a comfortable environment for both sleep and relaxation.
Inside the duvet is a filling of polyester fibres, which creates a fluffy structure and helps to maintain thermal comfort. The fibres contain many small air layers that contribute to heat insulation while also preserving the softness of the duvet. The duvet should be aired regularly in dry air, and it can be spot cleaned only with a damp cloth or very gentle hand cleaning of the soiled area. After any dampness, it is necessary to allow the duvet to dry freely while hung up, to maintain its shape and the fluffiness of the filling.

The duvet is delivered vacuum packed for protection during transport. Upon opening the packaging, the duvet may initially appear less fluffy, which is normal. It is recommended to gently shake the duvet and leave it spread out for several hours to allow the filling to naturally fluff up and regain its volume.
Due to hand manufacturing, there may be slight dimensional deviations of approximately a few centimetres. The actual weight of the product may have a small manufacturing tolerance. The colour of the product may vary slightly depending on monitor settings or lighting conditions during photography.
Thanks to the combination of soft materials, fluffy filling, and quality workmanship, the duvet creates a comfortable environment for both sleep and relaxation. It is suitable for everyday use in the home and represents a practical addition to the bedroom during the colder part of the year.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
