The winter reversible duvet measuring 150 × 200 cm is designed for comfortable and warm sleep during colder nights. The combination of two different materials provides a soft surface, a pleasant feel against the skin, and good insulating properties. One side of the duvet is made from fine milk velvet material, which is smooth, soft, and pleasant to the touch. The other side features a soft Sherpa texture that helps retain warmth and creates a cosy feeling while resting.
The inner part of the duvet consists of polyester fibre filling, which is lightweight, elastic, and creates a fluffy structure. The fibres contain numerous tiny air layers that help trap heat and contribute to pleasant thermal comfort during sleep. Thanks to the quilted construction, the filling remains evenly distributed across the duvet's surface, helping to maintain its shape and volume even with regular use.

The duvet is delivered in a vacuum-packed state for protection during transport. After opening the package, the duvet may initially appear less fluffy, which is normal. After unboxing, it is advisable to gently shake the duvet and leave it laid out for several hours to allow the filling to naturally fluff up and regain its volume.
Due to manual production and measurement, there may be slight deviations in dimensions of approximately a few centimetres. The actual weight of the product may have a small manufacturing tolerance. The colour of the product may vary slightly depending on monitor settings or lighting conditions during photography.
Thanks to the combination of soft materials, fluffy filling, and stable quilted construction, the duvet creates a pleasant environment for sleep and relaxation. It is suitable for everyday use in the home and can be a practical addition to the bedroom during the colder part of the year.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
