Window Water Barrier 1 m x 6.5 cm Black Rubber Strip 135° Against Leakage Wide Self-Adhesive Strip for Windows Balconies and Doors
This widest variant of the window water barrier, measuring 1 m x 6.5 cm, is designed for areas where the most leakage occurs or where a truly wide protective surface is required. The 135° angle creates an ideal drainage of water away from the glass and frame, effectively preventing rain from penetrating the interior space. The black rubber material is characterised by long durability, weather resistance, and flexibility, allowing it to adapt to various shapes of window constructions. The width of 6.5 cm provides maximum coverage and is also suitable for large areas exposed to heavy rain or wind.
The self-adhesive layer firmly adheres to smooth surfaces, making installation exceptionally simple and quick. This variant is ideal for windows on balconies, terraces, or large sliding entrances, where water is directed away through the protective slope of the strip. It prevents water accumulation on the windowsill, reduces the risk of mould formation, and protects the construction material from long-term moisture damage. The natural black colour complements modern interiors and exteriors, creating a clean, aesthetic appearance without disruptive elements.
To install, follow these steps:
- Thoroughly clean the surface to ensure maximum adhesion.
- Prepare the correct length – the strip can be easily trimmed.
- Peel off the protective film from the adhesive layer.
- Stick along the entire length and press firmly.
- Installation is complete and the strip is immediately functional.
The barrier is suitable for metal frames, glass, tiles, and smooth window constructions. It is not recommended for uneven, porous, or dusty surfaces. Thanks to its wide design, this variant provides complete protection even in extreme conditions and ensures reliable drainage of water. If you need a robust and long-lasting solution against leakage, this barrier is the ideal choice. It will help protect your home from moisture and keep windows dry even during heavy rains.
