The V3 Wi-Fi lock with code combines an access keyboard, a camera for face recognition, and a doorbell button in one slim device. The door can be unlocked by entering a PIN code on the backlit keyboard or by verifying the face using the dual camera at the top of the panel. The lock connects to the Wi-Fi network and is set up via the mobile Tuya app, so you have control always at hand on your phone. The lock casing is silver, the front panel is black, and the digits on the keyboard are backlit in blue. The slim V3 model is designed for installation at the entrance doors of a house, flat, or office, replacing the traditional key.
- Face Recognition – the dual camera at the top of the front panel verifies users by their face, so there is no need to enter a code or touch the keyboard when unlocking.
- Function Icon – below the camera, there is an icon for face recognition on the panel.
- Unlocking with PIN Code – the numeric keypad with digits 0–9 and the buttons * and # allows you to enter the access code directly at the door without using a key.
- Backlit Keyboard – the blue backlit digits in two columns are clearly visible and facilitate code entry even in low light or at night.
- Doorbell Button – at the bottom of the device is a separate button with a bell symbol, which visitors can use to announce themselves directly at the entrance.

- Tuya App – the setup and control of the lock occur in the Tuya mobile app on your phone.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
