Overview
Welding Helmet Cover Head and Neck Protection Dimensions 47 x 46.5 cm Universal for Most Helmets Star and Stripes Design For Welding

The fabric cover is placed on the back of the welding helmet and covers the crown of the head, nape, and neck, which are areas left exposed by the helmet itself. Dimension 47 x 46.5 cm is sufficient to cover the back of the head and shoulders when working overhead, where sparks fall from above. The attachment is universal and fits most common welding helmets, so you do not need to search for a cover specifically for your model. The star and stripes design distinguishes the helmet from others in the workshop, which is useful where multiple people use the same equipment. The cover can be removed and washed at any time, keeping the helmet clean.

  • Nape and neck protection — the fabric catches sparks and debris falling behind the collar, which is the most common cause of minor burns when welding overhead.
  • Flame-resistant material — the manufacturer states that the fabric has a flame-resistant treatment, and the material is lightweight and odourless.
  • Universal attachment — the cover attaches to the back edge of the shell and fits most common helmets.
  • Easy to put on — putting on and taking off can be done in a matter of seconds without tools.
  • Washing — the cover can be removed and washed, so you do not have to clean the entire helmet including the electronics.
  • Equipment differentiation — the distinctive design makes it easy to identify your own helmet among others in the workshop or on the construction site.
  • Lightweight construction — the fabric cover does not add weight, so the helmet does not put more strain on the neck than without it.
  • Accessory to the equipment — the cover complements the welding apron, gloves, and sleeves to create a complete set.
  • Package contents — 1x welding helmet cover

Welders will appreciate the cover when working in positions where sparks fall from above, such as under structures, under vehicles, or overhead. The fabric has a flame-resistant treatment according to the manufacturer, but the cover itself does not replace welding clothing, gloves, or aprons. Before purchasing, it is advisable to check the shape of the back edge of your helmet, as it may not fit snugly with unusual shapes. After work, it is good to shake the cover to remove debris and wash it as needed. The star and stripes design is printed across the entire surface, making it stand out even from the side.
