This waterproof colour LCD display is designed for electric bicycles, electric scooters and the conversion of traditional bikes to electric drive. It communicates with the control unit via UART interface and also offers USB connectivity. It connects to the electrical installation using SM 5pin and 2pin connectors, with the two-pin connector serving for light control. The clear display shows the current speed in km/h, battery charge status, voltage, level of assistance and total distance travelled. The display comes with a cable, allowing it to be mounted on the handlebars with the wires leading to the control unit.
- Colour LCD Display – the screen shows the current speed in km/h with a decimal point, a graphical battery charge indicator, voltage (VOL), total distance travelled (ODO) and a symbol for the light being on. Individual data points are divided into clear sections.
- Level of Assistance – on the left side of the screen, the current level of assistance is displayed in large digits marked PAS and THL, so you always have the drive settings in view.
- Three Control Buttons – the plus, minus and power buttons are located to the left of the screen. They are colour-coded differently from the body of the display and each has a symbol indicating its function.
- UART Communication – data exchange with the control unit occurs over separate TX and RX lines. Thus, the display can receive data from the control unit while simultaneously sending settings chosen by the buttons.
- SM 5pin Connector – pin connections: 1 red (D+), 2 blue (K), 3 black (GND), 4 green (RX) and 5 yellow (TX). Before connecting, check compatibility with your bike or scooter's wiring according to this description.
- SM 2pin Connector for Light – pin connections: 1 brown (light) and 2 white (GND). The connector allows for the connection of lighting, which the display indicates is on with a symbol on the screen.
- Cable Length – the cable from the display measures 1800 mm and at its end, individual wires of 30 mm length are led to the connectors. This length facilitates routing the cable from the handlebars to the control unit.
- Colour Design – the black body of the display is complemented by green control buttons, which are easily distinguishable from the screen at first glance.

Before installation, ensure that your control unit supports UART communication and that the wiring of its connectors matches the pin description provided. Additionally, the separate two-pin connector allows for linking the display with the bike or scooter's lighting. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
