The waterproof case is designed for the Insta360 X5 camera and is intended for use underwater while diving. The case features a quick release mount, allowing it to be quickly attached to and removed from the holder. The housing is transparent, so the camera inside is clearly visible and it is easy to check that it is correctly inserted. It closes with side buckles that hold both parts of the case together and can be opened manually without tools. The package also includes an adapter with a screw, anti-fog inserts, and a storage bag.
- Compatibility — The underwater housing is designed for the Insta360 X5 camera. The camera is inserted into the case, which surrounds it on all sides and protects it from contact with water.

- Pre-Dive Check — Before each use in water, we recommend checking that the camera is correctly seated, both side buckles are closed, and the case is securely held in the mount.
- Care After Use — After use in salt or chlorinated water, rinse the case with clean water and allow it to air dry. Remove the camera only when the outside of the case is dry.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
