The water pump radiator is a set of aluminium spacer and impeller that replaces the original plastic water pump impeller. The set is designed for motorcycles KTM 690 Duke, Duke R, Enduro, SMC and SMC R from 2008–2023, Husqvarna 701 Svartpilen, Vitpilen, Enduro and Supermoto from 2016–2023 and GasGas 700 SM and ES from 2022. Both main parts are made from CNC machined aluminium with an anodised surface. The spacer is inserted between the engine block and the water pump cover, creating space for the larger-bladed impeller. This allows the pump to circulate more coolant at the same engine RPM, supporting even engine cooling.
- Enlarged Impeller — The blades of the impeller are larger than those of the original part, allowing more coolant to be pushed at the same engine RPM. The raised base of the wheel facilitates fluid flow, and the modified blade profiles reduce unwanted cavitation. The wheel is mounted onto the water pump shaft using a shaped hole in its centre.
- Aluminium Spacer — The spacer measuring 145 x 81 mm is mounted between the engine block and the water pump cover. It creates the necessary space for the higher blades, and the aluminium material increases the surface area for heat dissipation.
- Deformation Resistance — The original impeller made of thin plastic can deform due to high temperatures, damaging the pump cover. The aluminium impeller is solid, dimensionally stable, and resistant to corrosion.
- Precise CNC Machining — Both parts are cut using CNC technology from aluminium blanks, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and reliable mounting on the engine.
- Anodised Surface — The anodised finish protects the parts from corrosion while also giving the engine a more distinctive appearance. The set is available in multiple colour options.
- Installation — Before installation, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the contact surfaces of the water pump and engine casing from oil residues and old sealant. A thin, even layer of high-temperature resistant sealant is applied to both sides of the gasket. The screws are tightened evenly according to the specified torque settings, and the sealant must be allowed to cure before starting the engine.

The water pump radiator is a practical modification to the cooling system for owners of KTM 690, Husqvarna 701, and GasGas 700 motorcycles. The aluminium impeller with enlarged blades replaces the original plastic part, which can deform due to high temperatures. The spacer creates space for the higher blades and also aids in heat dissipation from the pump. The set includes both aluminium parts as well as 2 gaskets, screws, washers, and pins. It is useful for longer road rides as well as enduro and off-road riding.

How do I return goods?
