The Walgun helmet in the larger size L targets cyclists with a head circumference of 58 to 61 cm, who venture onto forest paths, singletracks, and mountain trails. The shape of the helmet follows modern trends in the MTB segment – the extended rear section better protects the back of the head, the front visor provides shade for the eyes, and a larger number of large vents dissipate heat even during slower ascents. The shell is made by moulding in one form, which ensures that the hard outer shell is inseparably bonded to the inner polystyrene padding. The size is adjusted using a rear rotating mechanism, allowing for simple one-handed regulation.
Summary of key parameters:
- Size L for head circumference 58–61 cm suitable for medium and larger adult heads
- Front visor protecting against sun, rain, and branches in the terrain
- Moulded shell and padding construction in one form for a solid compact unit
- Extended coverage of the back of the head increasing safety during off-road riding
- Wide ventilation openings distributed around the circumference for airflow
- Rotating size adjustment system at the back of the helmet
- Soft inner lining with moisture-wicking properties
- Length-adjustable straps with plastic quick-release buckle
- Matte outer surface with discreet brand logo
- Suitable for mountain biking, trail riding, gravel, and cyclocross
Package contents: 1× Walgun mountain cycling helmet in size L
The larger size L is a good choice for riders who reach the upper limit of the adjustment range in standard cycling models and need more space around the head without uncomfortable pressure. The wide vents ensure airflow even during slow climbs, when the risk of overheating is higher. The visor at the front protects against water running from the forehead into the eyes and against low sun in the morning and evening hours. The rotating adjustment dial at the back allows for comfortable fitting regulation without the need to remove the helmet. This helmet is a suitable companion for weekend rides on mountain trails as well as for regular training in the terrain.
