The VARSTROM City Electric Bike is designed for comfortable and relaxed commuting in the city as well as longer rides on paved paths. The propulsion is provided by a 250W brushless motor with four levels of assistance, which, together with a 43.2V 13Ah (561 Wh) lithium battery, offers a range of up to 120 km with assistance. The lightweight 6061 aluminium step-through frame facilitates mounting and contributes to an upright and comfortable riding position. The Suntour NEX suspension fork, according to the manufacturer, absorbs 70–80% of bumps, and the larger 28" Kenda 700×40 tyres maintain traction on asphalt as well as on rougher surfaces. Gear shifting is handled by a seven-speed Shimano set with RD-TY300 derailleur and SL-TX50 shifter. The equipment includes an integrated carrier, mudguards, chain cover, bell, and front and rear LED lighting.

As soon as the carrier collects your parcel, we will email you the tracking number.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
