The URLIFE city electric bike is designed for a comfortable ride for adults in the city as well as on longer routes. The drive is provided by a 250W brushless motor with a torque of 40 N·m, capable of climbing up to 30°. Power is supplied by a 48V 10.4Ah battery, and shifting is managed by a seven-speed Shimano set for smooth gear changes uphill and downhill. The step-through frame made of high-carbon steel makes mounting and dismounting easier and contributes to stable riding, while the suspension front fork absorbs road bumps. Chaoyang tyres maintain grip on asphalt and on paved paths. The equipment includes disc brakes at the front and rear, a front light, a rear rack with a reflector, and mudguards, making the bike ready for everyday use.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
