The URLIFE electric bike is a compact companion for everyday commuting in the city and occasional trips off the asphalt. The drive is powered by a motor with a peak performance of 1000W and a torque of 80 N·m, allowing it to tackle inclines of up to 30°. The removable lithium battery 48V 13Ah with BMS protection offers a range of approximately 97–129 km (60–80 miles) and quick charging in 3–5 hours. The wide 20×3 puncture-resistant tyres maintain traction on asphalt, dirt, sand, and snow. The step-through frame makes mounting and dismounting easier, while the curved handlebars and softer seat contribute to a comfortable and upright riding position. Gear shifting is handled by a seven-speed set, and stopping is managed by disc brakes.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
