The XUKER water shoes are slip-on footwear designed for both men and women. The upper wraps around the foot completely and the ankle cut rises above the ankle, ensuring the shoe stays on the foot even during movement in the water. The rubber sole forms the bottom layer between the foot and the surface, effectively separating the foot from stones, concrete, and the bottom of the pool. The slip-on design eliminates the need for laces, buckles, or Velcro, allowing for quick on and off in just a few seconds. The black design is complemented by a white XUKER logo on the outer side and a distinct texture on the toe, heel, and sides.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
