This case is designed for 13-inch laptops and its dimensions are 336 x 238 mm. The exterior is made of artificial leather with a smooth surface, bordered by stitching and gently rounded corners. The entrance is open, without a zip or snaps, allowing the laptop to be removed in one motion. At the top edge, there is a loop sewn on, which is used to hold the case when pulling out the device. After removing the laptop, the case can be unfolded on the desk and used as a mouse pad. It can be used on its own or placed inside a backpack, where it forms a thin layer around the device.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
