The Ulanzi FILMOG X Handheld Fog Machine is a small portable device for creating fog and smoke directly on set, allowing you to easily add atmosphere to your photos and videos. The durable ABS plastic body measures 13.8 x 6.2 x 3.4 cm and weighs 268 grams, making it comfortable to hold in your hand or fit into a bag for transport. It offers three operating modes for different types of effects, which you can switch between depending on the mood you want to create in your scene. The body features a digital display that continuously shows the selected mode, remaining time, chamber status, high-temperature warning, and battery level.
In fine mist mode, the device can spray for approximately 800 seconds, in dense smoke mode around 200 seconds, and in dry ice effect mode about 150 seconds, where the smoke sinks to the ground and stays low above the surface. Inside is a rechargeable 5000 mAh battery with a voltage of 3.6 V, which lasts approximately 20 minutes at full power of 30 W and can be recharged via USB-C in about 60 minutes. The device can also be powered from an external source, allowing for virtually continuous use. The temperature-controlled spraying chamber prevents cracking and burning dry, and the included fluid is odourless. The operating temperature ranges from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.
