The travel suitcase on wheels makes it easier to move on holiday, business trips, or longer family visits. It is made from Oxford fabric, meaning it is a soft suitcase with a textile surface. You simply pull it behind you by the telescopic handle, so you don't have to carry heavy luggage in your hands. There is a combination lock on the side, two zip pockets on the front, and two handles for carrying. This way, you can manage airports, train stations, and city streets without unnecessary effort.
- Material — the suitcase is made from Oxford fabric, so it has soft textile walls. The edges are trimmed, and there is a decorative strip above the top front pocket. The suitcase has a classic rectangular shape.
- Wheels and handle — the suitcase stands on four double wheels, so you don't have to carry it while travelling. You can extend the telescopic handle when you set off on your journey, and retract it again upon arrival. The retracted handle does not obstruct when storing the suitcase in the car or in a cupboard.
- Combination lock — on the side of the suitcase is a combination lock with three numerical dials. You can secure your luggage without a key that could get lost. It is useful, for example, during check-in at the airport or in a hotel room.
- Front pockets — on the front side, there are two zip pockets, one at the top and one at the bottom. You can store small items that you want to have on hand, such as a book, charger, or raincoat. You can access them quickly without opening the main compartment.
- Handles — in addition to the telescopic handle, the suitcase has a top and side handle. You can carry it in a vertical position by the top handle, and grab it by the side handle when it is lying down. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
