The bag offers three carrying options, so it adapts to how you are travelling. You can carry it by the two handles in your hand, and the shoulder strap with padding is useful for longer walks. On the back, there is a strap for sliding onto the suitcase handle, allowing you to transport the bag on your suitcase while keeping your hands free. Both the main compartment and the two front pockets close with a zip. The bag is made of nylon.
- Handles and Strap — the two handles are connected at the top with a fabric grip, allowing you to comfortably carry the bag in one hand. The shoulder strap has padding where it contacts your shoulder.
- Attachment to Suitcase — the strap on the back of the bag slides onto the extended handle of your suitcase. The bag then stays on the suitcase, so you do not have to carry it in your hand or on your shoulder while moving. You can carry both the suitcase and the bag with one hand.
- Pockets and Compartments — the main compartment opens with a zip along the entire top side, providing good visibility. The interior is lined. On the front, there are two zip pockets stacked on top of each other for small items you want to keep handy. Their zips run almost the full width of the bag.
- Material — the bag is made of nylon with a fine surface texture. Both the handles and the shoulder strap are made from woven webbing.
- Dimensions — dimensions according to size: S 27 x 19 x 41 cm and L 34 x 23 x 53 cm. The bag has an elongated shape with rounded corners.
- Package Contents — 1x travel bag. The suitcase shown in the photographs is not included.
The bag is suitable for journeys where you need to keep your hands free or change your carrying method. You will appreciate the three carrying options in one piece of luggage when moving with or without a suitcase. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
