The protective case is designed for MacBook models with the identifiers A2159, A1989 and A1706. It consists of a top and bottom part that snap onto the laptop body and hold by shape only. The material used is transparent, so the surface of the lid and the logo remain visible, allowing the device to retain its appearance. The edges are bordered by a rigid frame that transitions to a soft edge on the inside. This ensures that the parts sit gently on the body and do not scratch the finish with a sharp plastic edge. Both parts follow the contour of the body, do not protrude anywhere, and the fitted case stays in place even when the lid is closed.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
