Installation is very simple. First, clean and degrease the window surface to ensure the suction cups adhere well, then press the holder with the suction cups firmly against the glass. Before first use, try lightly weighing down the bowl with your hand to verify its secure attachment. Place the bed at a height that your cat can comfortably jump to, such as above the window sill or next to a scratching post. Regularly check that the suction cups are still holding firmly, especially during significant temperature changes. If your cat prefers a softer surface, you can place your own small blanket inside the bowl.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
