The touchless bin opens the lid automatically, so you don't need to touch it when disposing of waste. Just bring your hand close to the bin and the sensor will open the lid. The lid also opens when you touch the bin anywhere, for example, with your foot. The bin is made of plastic and is powered via USB cable. It is suitable for the kitchen, living room, and other rooms in the home.
- Motion Sensor — the sensor at the front of the lid detects your hand above the bin and automatically opens the lid. This allows you to dispose of waste without touching it, which is especially appreciated when cooking with wet or dirty hands. You do not touch the lid, so it stays cleaner for longer.
- Touch Activation — you can also open the lid by touching anywhere on the bin. Just touch the bin with your foot when you are holding a cutting board with food scraps or a full plate.
- Wide Opening — the lid opens backwards and clears the entire opening of the bin. You can easily sweep waste from the cutting board or plate into it, and the open lid does not obstruct you.
- Power Supply — the bin is powered via a USB cable, which is included in the package. You will also find a battery included.
- Design — the bin has a simple rectangular shape with rounded edges. A contrasting strip runs around the lid, and the side walls feature shaped recesses. With its understated appearance, it fits into most interiors.
- Usage — the bin is particularly suitable for the kitchen, where you continuously dispose of scraps and packaging while cooking. However, it can also be used in the living room, study, or bathroom.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
