The touchless light switch with an infrared sensor is a wall switch that is operated by bringing your hand close without physically touching the panel, thus limiting the transfer of bacteria by touching the control element. The front is made of a glass panel measuring 8.6 x 8.6 cm, with the recessed part being the internal mechanism 3.6 cm deep, inserted into the installation box in the wall. At the front is an infrared sensor with a range of approximately 15 cm, which responds to the approach of a palm and switches the connected light on or off without contact with the panel. Next to the sensor is a two-colour indicator: when the light is off, it does not light up, and when the light is on, it lights up red, allowing the user to see the current status even in a darkened room or from the hallway beside the door. The switch operates with a power supply voltage of 100 to 240 V AC and a maximum load of 10 A. According to the product information, the switch is used in bathrooms, toilets, hospitals, surgeries, kitchens, and in facilities with higher hygiene standards, where the transfer of bacteria by touching common surfaces is limited and where clean hands are required to operate the light. The hand proximity control allows the light to be switched on without the need to touch the panel with dirty hands, while wearing gloves, with full hands, or with tools, making it easier to operate during work in a facility or hospital. The glass panel is easy to wipe with a damp cloth or disinfectant, so maintenance is quick and does not require disassembling the panel or removing it from the wall box. The switch connects in place of a standard mechanical switch to the phase and neutral wires in the wall box, and the light is connected to the outputs, as shown in the wiring diagram for the product. For installation in a flush-mounted box, compatibility with the specific type of box should be verified by a qualified person, and the electrical circuit should be disconnected from the circuit breaker in the distribution board beforehand.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
