The tool transport box is designed for transporting larger equipment that needs to be secured during transit while also being quickly accessible. The internal space with a capacity of 177 L can accommodate a complete set of hand tools, power tools, extension cables, tie-down straps, and longer tools such as shovels or assembly rods. The external dimensions of 121.9 x 38.1 x 38.1 cm correspond to the length across the entire width of the pick-up bed, to the front of the trailer, or along the garage wall. The construction is made of aluminium alloy with a chequered pattern, which resists abrasion and impacts from transported materials and does not deform during normal handling. The lid fits snugly around the entire perimeter and closes with a central latch and lock, to which two keys are included. One key can remain with the vehicle, and the other as a spare in the workshop.
- Security – stainless steel lock does not corrode even when left outdoors and keeps the lid closed during transit and outside working hours. The latch is recessed into the front, so it does not catch on surrounding cargo or the side of the vehicle.
- Load Capacity – maximum load of 50 kg accommodates the usual equipment of a tradesperson, including cases with power tools and fasteners. The load is distributed across the entire length of the base and does not shift to one corner during acceleration or braking.
- Length – the internal space over 120 cm can hold a spirit level, hand saw, and rod tools that do not fit into a personal vehicle's boot. The interior remains passable along the entire length, without fixed partitions, allowing the load to be arranged as needed.
- Handles – grips on both ends with rubber handles allow the box to be loaded by two people and lifted from the pick-up without pulling on the lid. The handle is riveted to the front, so it remains secure even when fully loaded and does not tear away from the wall.
- Surface – chequered sheet metal conceals minor scratches and tolerates contact with tool edges and materials loaded next to the box. Dirt can simply be wiped away with a damp cloth, and the surface requires no further maintenance.
- Construction – the aluminium shell is resistant to corrosion, so the box can withstand being left on an open pick-up bed and moisture in an unheated garage or under a shelter throughout the season.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
