The floor drain measures 40 x 10 cm on the outside, and its top is not formed by a grid but by a shallow cover that is filled with a piece of tile. The inner area for the tile is 37 x 7 cm and has a depth of 2 cm, allowing for the tile including the adhesive layer. Once the floor is finished, only a thin stainless steel border around the installed tile will be visible from the drain. The neck with a diameter of 4 cm comes from the centre, 20 cm from the edge, and descends 3 cm below the bottom of the cover. The material used is stainless steel 304, and the installation depth specified for this drain starts at 60 mm, with the intended use being in bathrooms, shower cubicles, WCs, or balconies.
- Tile Cover – instead of a perforated grate, a tile is installed, allowing the drain to blend with the floor and not disrupt the pattern of the tiling, even with large formats. This solution is often chosen where a seamless floor is desired, and metal elements would be distracting.
- External Dimensions 40 x 10 cm – the elongated rectangle covers a wider part of the shower area while remaining only ten centimetres wide, thus occupying a narrow strip in the floor. The elongated shape can be positioned along the wall or across the entrance to the shower.
- Area 37 x 7 cm – the inner space for the tile is 2 cm deep, and the top edge of the installed tile ends flush with the surrounding floor. The drain can then be walked over normally, and during cleaning, it can be wiped like the rest of the tiles.
- Centre Outlet – the neck is positioned in the middle of the body, 20 cm from both ends, so the waste pipe runs directly beneath half of the drain, and water flows equally from both sides. The symmetrical arrangement means that it does not matter which direction the drain is installed in the floor.
- Diameter of Neck 4 cm – the neck rises 3 cm below the bottom and connects to pipes of the corresponding diameter, so there is no need to source atypical parts or reducers outside the standard range. A diameter of 4 cm is common for bathroom drains.
- Stainless Steel 304 – both the frame and the inner space resist water, steam, and common bathroom chemicals, do not corrode, and the surface can be easily wiped dry. Stainless steel does not absorb, so it does not retain water stains or soap film.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery

Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
