Thermal Conductive Pad 100 x 100 x 1.75 mm with Conductivity 21 W/m.K Grey Non-Conductive for Custom Cutting for GPU CPU and SSD

The thermal conductive pad comes as a grey square 100 x 100 mm, from which parts can be cut using scissors for graphics cards, processors, M.2 SSD drives, laptops, or gaming consoles. Its thickness of 1.75 mm is designed for devices where a wider gap needs to be filled between the component and the cooler. The material with conductivity of 21 W/m.K connects the chip surface to the cooler and transfers the heat generated during operation. The soft surface also conforms to the small irregularities of both surfaces. It is protected on each side by a blue removable film.

  • Square 100 x 100 mm – the area of the sheet allows for several parts of different shapes to be cut out. It is suitable for memory chips and power for the graphics card, for M.2 SSD drives, or for chips on the motherboard and in the laptop.
  • Thickness 1.75 mm – the layer fills the gap in places where there is a wider distance between the chip and the cooler. It is advisable to measure the thickness of the original pad before replacement to ensure the cooler fits evenly on all components after installation.
  • Thermal Conductivity 21 W/m.K – the pad is intended for components that heat up to higher temperatures under load, such as graphics memory, power circuits, processors, or SSD controllers. It transfers heat across the entire contact area.
  • Non-Conductive – according to the parameter table, the material is electrically non-conductive and has a dielectric strength of at least 9.8 kV per 1 mm. Therefore, the pad can be placed directly on the mounted components of the printed circuit board.
  • Custom Cutting – parts can be cut from the sheet exactly according to the size of the chip or a whole series of components using scissors. The unused material can be stored for future maintenance.
  • Removable Film – the blue film on both sides protects the pad from dirt and fingerprints. It is removed only when the part is placed on the component.
  • Applications – graphics cards, processors, M.2 SSD drives, laptops, gaming consoles, chips on motherboards, and other electronics with a cooler. It is always necessary for the thickness of 1.75 mm to match the gap in the specific device.

The grey pad 100 x 100 x 1.75 mm is useful for maintenance and repair of cooling systems in computers, laptops, and gaming consoles. Size 100 x 100 mm is sufficient for multiple parts at once, and a portion of the sheet will remain in stock. First, the cooler is disassembled, the old pad is removed from the chip, and the surface is cleaned. Then, a part of the required shape is cut out, the film is removed, it is placed on the component, and the cooler is reinstalled. Thanks to the electrically non-conductive material, the pad can also be used where components are placed close together.
