The tea infuser with a handle makes it easy to prepare loose leaf tea directly in a cup or glass. The infuser is shaped like a mesh ball that opens by pressing the handle. Fill the open ball with tea leaves, release the handle, and the ball closes again. Then simply immerse it in hot water, and after steeping, remove it along with the leaves, which will not remain loose in the drink. The entire tea infuser is made of stainless steel.
- Press to Open — the ball consists of two halves that open by pressing the handle. Once released, the halves close back together, keeping the tea inside. You can fill and empty the infuser without unscrewing or lifting a lid.
- Mesh Ball — the walls of the ball are made of mesh, allowing water to flow through from all sides, so the tea can steep freely. The leaves remain inside the mesh, and after removal, you can simply empty them out.
- Long Handle — the handle ends with a loop and can rest against the edge of the cup or glass while steeping. After steeping, you can comfortably pull out the infuser by the handle. The overall dimensions of the infuser are 15 x 4.5 cm.
- Stainless Steel — both the infuser and handle are made of stainless steel. After use, simply open the ball, empty the leaves, and rinse the infuser with water.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
