TCMT110204 VP15TF turning inserts are replaceable cutting edges made of sintered carbide for machining metal workpieces. The pack contains 10 pcs of inserts stored in a plastic box with compartments. The inserts have a triangular shape and a central hole for fastening to the tool holder with a screw. Each insert has three cutting edges that can be used sequentially before replacing it with a new one. The surface of the inserts is dark grey.
- Type TCMT110204 — the designation TCMT110204 describes the shape and dimensions of the insert according to ISO standards. With this code, you can easily select the corresponding holder or reorder the same inserts. The same code is indicated on the box label.
- Grade VP15TF — the designation VP15TF indicates the grade of carbide. It is marked on the box label, so you know which material the cutting edge is made of. When reordering, you can easily choose the same grade with which you have tested cutting conditions.
