The TANKE chain tensioner is designed for bikes with one speed, specifically for single speed drives. It is particularly suitable for mountain bikes (MTB) and bikes for Dirt Jump, also known by the abbreviation DJ. The body of the tensioner is made from aluminium alloy and the pulleys are CNC machined with 11 teeth. The tensioner features damping adjustment and a safety pin to limit movement. The chain passes between two pulleys housed in a cage, which is connected to the arm via a cylindrical body of the tensioner.
- For one speed — the tensioner is designed for drives with one speed. It maintains chain tension on bikes where there is no derailleur to tension the chain.
- Aluminium alloy — the arm, cylindrical body, and cage with pulleys are made from aluminium alloy. The cage features machined holes and grooves that reduce the amount of material.
- CNC pulleys — the tensioner has two CNC machined pulleys with 11 teeth, through which the chain passes. The pulleys are secured in the cage with screws featuring an internal hexagon.
- Damping adjustment — according to the manufacturer's specifications, the tensioner allows for damping adjustment. You can thus customise the behaviour of the tensioner to suit your riding style and terrain.
- Safety pin — the tensioner is equipped with a safety pin that limits the range of movement of the tensioner. This helps to keep the cage with pulleys within the desired range.
- Dimensions — the distance between the mounting screw and the axis of the tensioner is 45 mm. The distance between the centres of both pulleys is 50 mm.
- Mounting — the tensioner is attached with a screw at the end of the arm. The arm is fitted with a tightening screw and additional screws with an internal hexagon connect the individual parts of the tensioner.
- Usage — the tensioner is suitable for riders on MTB and Dirt Jump bikes who use a single speed drive. It is also useful when converting a geared bike to single speed or as a replacement for an old tensioner.
- Installation — before installation, ensure that the tensioner can be attached to your frame. After installation, adjust the position of the arm and damping so that the pulleys guide the chain correctly and the chain is tensioned. If you are not experienced with drivetrain adjustments, entrust the installation to a bike service.
- Maintenance — regularly clean the tensioner from mud and dust, especially after riding in rough terrain. Also check the tightness of the screws and wear on the teeth of the pulleys. Keep the cylindrical body and rotating part clean so that the cage with pulleys can move freely.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
