The TANKE chain tensioner is designed for bikes with one speed, specifically for single speed drives. It is particularly suitable for mountain bikes (MTB) and bikes for Dirt Jump, also known as DJ. The body of the tensioner is made from aluminium alloy and the pulleys are CNC machined with 11 teeth. The chain passes between two pulleys housed in a cage, which is connected to the arm via a cylindrical body of the tensioner. The black finish with purple spots is complemented by iridescent pulleys and a gold cap on the cylindrical body.
- For one speed — the tensioner is designed for drives with one speed. It maintains chain tension on bikes where there is no derailleur to tension the chain.
- Aluminium alloy — the arm, cylindrical body, and cage with pulleys are made from aluminium alloy. The cage features milled holes and grooves that reduce material quantity.
- CNC pulleys — the tensioner has two CNC machined pulleys with 11 teeth, through which the chain passes. The pulleys are secured in the cage with screws featuring an internal hexagon.
- Construction — the tensioner comprises an arm with a fixing screw, a cylindrical body with a gold cap, and a cage with two pulleys. The cage is connected to the cylindrical body and the pulleys guide the chain.
- Mounting — the tensioner is attached with a threaded screw at the end of the arm. Additional screws with an internal hexagon connect the individual parts of the tensioner.
- Usage — the tensioner is suitable for riders on MTB and Dirt Jump bikes who use a single speed drive. It is also useful for converting a geared bike to single speed or as a replacement for an old or worn chain tensioner.
- Installation — before installation, ensure that the tensioner can be attached to your frame. After installation, adjust the position of the arm so that the pulleys properly guide the chain and the chain is tensioned. If you are inexperienced with drivetrain adjustments, entrust the installation to a bike service.
- Maintenance — regularly clean the tensioner of mud and dust, especially after riding in rough terrain. Also, check the tightness of the screws and the wear of the pulley teeth. Keep the cylindrical body and rotating part clean so that the cage with the pulleys can move freely.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
