The swingarm protector is designed for off-road motorcycles KTM XCW, XCWF, EXC, EXCF and Husqvarna TC, FC, TE, FE with engine sizes from 125 to 500. It protects the swingarm from flying stones, impacts, abrasion and dirt, which this part of the motorcycle is most exposed to when riding off-road. The cover is made of durable PA/ABS plastic (polyamide/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene), which withstands abrasion and mechanical stress well. Thanks to its shape that follows the profile of the swingarm, it covers a substantial part of its surface and protects it from both sides. It is suitable for enduro, motocross and recreational riding in challenging terrain.
- Compatibility — The cover is designed for KTM XCW, XCWF, EXC, EXCF and Husqvarna TC, FC, TE, FE motorcycles with engine capacities of 125, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450 and 500 cc. We recommend checking the type and year of your motorcycle before purchasing.
- Swingarm Protection — The cover catches stones, mud and impacts from obstacles, thus protecting the paintwork and material of the swingarm from scratches, abrasions and dents during falls or contact with the terrain. It also reduces the accumulation of mud and dust on the swingarm, making the motorcycle easier to clean after riding.
- PA/ABS Material — The hard shell made from a blend of polyamide and ABS is resistant to abrasion and impacts. The plastic retains its shape even under normal loads during off-road riding.
- Dimensions — The cover measures 60 x 11 x 6 cm (length x width x height), covering the swingarm along its entire length from the frame mount to the rear axle area.
- Two-Piece Construction — The cover consists of left and right parts that fit onto both sides of the swingarm and connect into one unit. Cutouts at the ends respect the placement of the swingarm and rear axle.
- Easy Installation — The cover is secured using included zip ties, without drilling or altering the motorcycle's structure. Installation can be done by yourself with standard tools. The zip ties can be easily cut if needed, allowing the cover to be replaced or removed.
- Lightweight — The lightweight plastic construction adds minimal weight to the motorcycle and does not affect its handling. The compact shape follows the swingarm, so the cover does not add unnecessary bulk to the sides of the motorcycle.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
