The stainless steel ball infuser with a long handle makes brewing loose tea directly in a cup or glass easier. The ball opens with a press of the handle end, allowing you to operate the infuser with one hand. You can fill the open ball with tea, close it, and then submerge it in hot water to let the tea steep. The infuser is made of stainless steel and measures 18 x 5 cm. Tiny holes in the ball allow water to flow through while keeping the leaves inside.
- One-Press Opening — the ball consists of two halves that separate when you press the handle end. You can comfortably fill the open ball with tea and close the infuser again. You can determine the amount of tea based on how strong you like your drink.
- Long Handle — the handle reaches into taller cups and glasses, and the infuser can be easily pulled out by it. The ball can rest at the bottom of the drink while the handle end remains above the rim. There is a finger rest on the handle for comfortable pressing.
- Tiny Holes — the ball is covered with tiny holes all over its surface. Water flows freely through them while the tea leaves remain inside the infuser.
- Stainless Steel — the infuser is entirely made of stainless steel. After use, simply open it, empty the leaves, and rinse it.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
