The light is designed for free placement on the water surface or on a flat surface near the water. No assembly or electrical connection is required. Before first use, check that the light is switched on using the bottom switch, and place it in direct sunlight to allow the solar panel to fully charge.
Usage:
During the day, the light automatically charges with solar energy. At dusk, it lights up by itself and initiates the colour change. If the light does not turn on, check that the switch is in the 'on' position and that the solar panel has been sufficiently exposed to sunlight during the day. For best performance, we recommend placing the light in a location without shade and regularly cleaning the solar panel of dirt. The solar floating LED ball will give the water surface an impressive appearance and enhance the evening atmosphere. It is ideal for the summer season, celebrations, relaxation, and garden decoration. Thanks to its maintenance-free operation, it only needs to be correctly positioned in the sun. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
