Overview
Solar Eclipse Glasses 5 pcs Dimensions 40 x 3.8 cm Flip-up Temples Over Ears Filtering Windows for Both Eyes Lightweight

The package contains five pieces of paper glasses for viewing the solar eclipse, making it sufficient for the whole family, neighbours, or a small group at school for one event. The unfolded glasses measure 40 x 3.8 cm and are made from a single piece of paper with two filtering windows for both eyes. The temples flip out to the sides and hook over the ears, allowing the glasses to be worn without needing to hold them in hand or support them when tilting the head back. The paper construction is lightweight, so the glasses do not press on the nose or ears and can be easily passed to another observer. The filtering windows are reinforced around the edges to prevent light from entering from the sides. The colour of the glasses is random, so a specific design cannot be chosen. The flat design also fits into an envelope, jacket pocket, or the internal compartment of a backpack, making the set portable.

  • Set of 5 pieces — the whole family, school group, or a bunch on an outing can join in the observation without anyone having to wait for glasses to become available.
  • Dimensions 40 x 3.8 cm — the unfolded shape corresponds to standard paper glasses, and once the temples are flipped out, they stay on the head without additional fastening.
  • Filtering windows — two separate windows cover both eyes and are set in a paper frame all around, with no gaps at the nose.
  • Flip-up temples — hooking over the ears frees hands for a camera or mobile phone, and the glasses do not slip when tilting the head back.
  • Lightweight — the light paper does not restrict head movement, which is useful during prolonged sky watching and the gradual phases of the event.
  • Flat design — the glasses can be stored flat between the pages of a book or in a folder, where they will not deform and will last until the next event.
  • Random colour — colours are supplied randomly according to current stock, so there may be pieces in different colours in one package.

Package contents:

  • 5x paper glasses for viewing the solar eclipse in a random colour

Before wearing, it is recommended to inspect both windows against the light, and glasses with cracks, holes, or peeling film should not be used further. They should be worn before directing the gaze towards the Sun and removed only after turning the head away, to ensure the eye never catches direct light. Paper glasses should not be combined with telescopes, binoculars, or camera lenses, as concentrated light will damage the filter in an instant. After use, store them flat in a dry place, to prevent the paper from warping, keep the windows taut, and avoid cracking the frame at the bends. They can be used to observe individual phases of the eclipse from the first contact of the lunar disc to the moment when the Sun reappears in full size. Five pieces in a package means a reserve for the next event or for friends who forget their glasses.
