The smart toilet with bidet combines a toilet bowl, heated seat and electronic warm water washing in one device. It offers automatic lid opening, automatic flushing and seat lifting using a foot sensor, so you do not need to touch the toilet with your hands. The heated seat has an antibacterial surface and its temperature can be set manually or automatically. Control is provided by a rotary knob on the side, a wireless remote control and a display. - Touchless lid and seat control – The lid opens automatically and the seat can be lifted by bringing your foot close to the sensor at the bottom of the toilet.
- Automatic flushing – After leaving the toilet, it flushes automatically. It can also be flushed with the remote control or by pressing the side button.
- Flushing during a power outage – The built-in battery allows flushing by pressing a button even during a power outage. The toilet must be normally connected to the mains, the battery serves only as a backup.
- Washing modes – Available washing options include rear wash, female wash and moving wash, during which the nozzle moves. You can adjust the nozzle position, water pressure and temperature.
- Instant water heating – Water is heated quickly at the outlet, so warm washing is available immediately.
- Heated seat – The seat temperature can be set manually or automatically regulated. The occupancy sensor detects when you are sitting on the toilet.
- Warm air drying – After washing, warm air drying can be activated, and its temperature can also be set manually or automatically.
- Hygiene – Self-cleaning nozzle with automatic sterilisation and aromatic deodorisation.
- Rotary knob – The knob on the left side controls the rear wash by turning clockwise and female wash by turning counterclockwise. Pressing starts drying, flushing or stopping.
- Comfort – The seat and lid lower slowly and quietly, and the toilet is equipped with backlighting.
- Safety – Protection against electric shock and IPX4 rating against splashing water.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
