The smart toilet seat with bidet replaces a standard toilet seat and enhances the toilet with electronic washing with warm water, a heated seat, and warm air drying. All functions are controlled by buttons on the side control panel, which is a fixed part of the seat and easily accessible while seated. The seat has dimensions of 480 x 380 x 120 mm and is designed for V-shaped or small U-shaped toilets. The water heats up instantly, so warm washing is available immediately after activation without any waiting. The white design with a PP plastic cover fits well in a standard bathroom or a separate toilet.
- Side Control Panel – The panel measures 28 x 8 cm and contains buttons for power on, stop, individual washing modes, drying, temperature settings, energy-saving mode, and lighting.
- 4 Washing Modes – Automatic washing with one button, gentle women's wash, rear wash, and movable wash, during which the nozzle moves back and forth. There is also a turbo wash with a concentrated stream.
- Washing Settings – The water flow intensity can be switched between low and high, the nozzle position can be adjusted forward or backward, and the water temperature can be set in 4 levels (off, 33 °C, 36 °C, 40 °C).
- Instant Water Heating – The instantaneous heater with a power of 1350 W provides warm water immediately after washing is activated.
- Heated Seat – The seat temperature can be set in 4 levels (off, 30 °C, 36 °C, 40 °C), with a heating power of 45 W.
- Warm Air Drying – Drying takes 3 minutes, the air temperature can be set in 4 levels (off, 32 °C, 40 °C, 48 °C), and the drying power is 250 W.
- Slow Closing – The seat and lid close slowly and quietly without slamming.
- Night LED Light – The blue light illuminates the bowl at night and can be turned off with a button.
- Hygiene – Nozzle cleaning, antibacterial nozzles, and seat, along with a double water circuit for cleaning.
- Energy-Saving Mode – The seat is equipped with an automatic energy-saving mode for lower electricity consumption.
- Safety – Protection against electric leakage, overheating protection, and an IPX4 rating against splashing water.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
