The smart baby monitor with HD camera in white allows you to watch your child on your mobile phone, whether you are in another room or outside the home. The camera connects to the network wirelessly via Wi-Fi and thanks to 360° rotation and 90° tilt, it covers the entire nursery. On the front, there is a colour display that shows the calling parent during video calls and otherwise displays the time and date. Your child can call you using two buttons for calling on the top of the camera. Recordings can be saved to a microSD memory card or to cloud storage.
- Two-Way Voice and Video Calls — you can talk to your child via the app on your phone, with the child seeing you on the camera display and you seeing them on your mobile. Sound is provided by a built-in speaker on the back.
- Calling Buttons — on the top of the camera, there are 2 buttons that the child can use to initiate a call with parents.
- Rotatable Camera — horizontal rotation of 360° and a 90° downward tilt can be controlled remotely from the app, allowing you to adjust the view precisely as needed.
- Night Vision — the camera offers infrared night vision with black and white images as well as colour night vision using LED lights next to the lens.
- Motion Detection and Tracking — when motion is detected, the camera sends a notification to your phone and can automatically track the moving child around the room.
- Recording and Playback — the camera allows continuous loop recording 24 hours a day as well as motion-triggered recording. You can replay the recordings in the app.
- Storage of Recordings — the microSD card slot with a capacity of up to 128 GB is located under the lens, and cloud storage is also available. The memory card is not included in the package.
- App Control — in the mobile app, you can view live images, take snapshots and recordings, turn on the microphone or mute the sound. From the same app, you can also control the camera's rotation and browse saved recordings.
- Language Selection — the camera interface supports multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, Italian, and more.
- Design — the camera stands independently on a flat surface, such as a dresser, shelf, or bedside table. Next to the card slot under the lens, you will find a RESET button to restore settings.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
