The smart baby monitor consists of a rotatable 2K camera and a parent monitor, with the camera feed also viewable in the mobile app via Wi-Fi. The white camera with a grey bear-shaped head rotates 355° horizontally and 120° vertically, covering the entire nursery. The monitor continuously measures temperature and humidity in the room, displaying both values on the monitor and in the app. Thanks to automatic night vision, you can keep an eye on your child even in the dark. You can talk to your child through the two-way audio or play a lullaby.
- Rotatable Camera — rotation range of 355° horizontally and 120° vertically, controlled using arrows on the monitor or in the app. The image can also be zoomed in and out.
- Monitor and App — view live footage on the included monitor with an antenna or in the mobile app. The app features playback of recordings, a gallery, night mode, privacy mode, and lullaby volume settings.
- Temperature and Humidity Measurement — current temperature and humidity levels are displayed in the top bar of the monitor and in the app, so you know the climate in the nursery at a glance.
- Night Vision — in low ambient light, the camera automatically switches to night mode, ensuring the image remains clear even in the dark.
- Motion and Sound Detection — the monitor detects movement and sound in the room, such as when the child wakes up or cries. You can also enable motion tracking in the app.
- Two-Way Audio — you can speak to your child through the microphone on the monitor or in the app while hearing sounds from the nursery. The microphone button is also located on the front of the camera.
- Lullabies — the camera can play several lullabies in a loop to help your child fall asleep peacefully.
- Connection of 2 Cameras — you can connect 2 cameras to one monitor simultaneously and view footage from both on a split screen, which is beneficial for families with two children.
- Design — the camera features a white body and a grey bear head with ears, standing independently on a dresser, shelf, or table beside the crib. The monitor has control buttons on the side of the display for zooming, menu access, confirmation, microphone, and return.
- Recording Storage — recordings can be saved on a microSD card up to 128 GB or in cloud storage. The memory card is not included.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
