The silicone LED profile 20 x 20 mm with white trim is a large recessed profile for installing LED strips in grooves in ceilings, walls, floors, or thicker boards. The body of the profile has a square cross-section with a width and height of 20 mm, providing a wide and at the same time deep channel. The white trim, 24 mm wide, sits on the surface and covers the edges of the groove when pressed into place. The profile is made from flexible silicone with a diffuser and is supplied in a length of 1 m. The LED strip and power supply are not included.
- Cross-section 20 x 20 mm — The body of the profile is as wide as it is high. The channel is wide enough for broader LED strips, and due to the height of 20 mm, the strip sits deeply below the upper surface of the profile.
- Trim 24 mm — The white trim is 4 mm wider than the body and overhangs approximately 2 mm on each side. After installation, it rests on the surface and covers the edges of the groove along its entire length.
- Dimensions — The body of the profile measures 20 x 20 mm, the width of the trim is 24 mm, and the length of the profile is 1 m. The groove must have a depth corresponding to the height of the profile.
- Diffuser — The upper part of the profile consists of a diffuser that disperses the light from the LED strip and creates a continuous line of light.
- Flexible Silicone — The profile is made of flexible silicone. It can be run straight or bent, for example, in curved ceilings, around columns, or along curved walls.
- Installation — Mill a groove approximately 20 mm wide and 20 mm deep. Place the LED strip with the diodes facing up on the ribbed bottom of the channel and press the profile into the groove until the trim rests on the surface. Long ribs on the sides of the profile help keep it in the groove.
- White Finish — Both the body of the profile and the trim are white. On white ceilings, walls, plasterboard, and light furniture, the profile is unobtrusive after installation.
- Usage — The profile is suitable for linear lighting of ceilings, walls, floors, stairs, or counters. It can be used in flats, houses, offices, shops, showrooms, hotels, and restaurants.
- Without LED Strip — The package contains only the silicone profile. The LED strip and power supply must be purchased separately. Before purchasing, please ensure that the width of your strip matches the channel of the profile.
