Overview
Side Folding Handles for Passenger on the Rear Aluminium Luggage Case of BMW GS Motorcycle Soft Surface M6 Screw Mounting ABS Plastic 0.8 kg Black

The side handles for passengers are a pair of supports that mount onto the aluminium rear case of the motorcycle and provide the passenger with a firm grip on both sides. The handles have a plastic core covered with a soft foam surface, which offers reliable support as well as a pleasant and comfortable touch. On long journeys, the passenger can comfortably hold on, maintain better balance, and become less fatigued, as confirmed by testing over tens of thousands of kilometres. The handles thus add confidence during starts, braking, and cornering, allowing the passenger not to hold onto the rider. The handles are mounted at an angle on both sides of the case, and each side is secured with M6 screws, with installation requiring drilling holes into the case.

A practical advantage is the ability to fold the handles 90 degrees. When not in use, they fold vertically along the sides of the case, where they do not obstruct and appear clean and unobtrusive. The handles are designed to fit precisely onto the chamfered edge of the aluminium case and match its shape, so after installation, they look like a natural part of the motorcycle. The entire set weighs approximately 0.8 kilograms and is made from durable ABS plastic in a black finish, which is easy to maintain and complements dark plastics and luggage cases of the motorcycle. It is important to note that the product is only mounted on cases made of aluminium alloy, and holes for the screws must be drilled into the case before installation.

Every motorcyclist who often carries a passenger and wants to ensure safe and comfortable holding on the rear case will appreciate the side handles. The combination of soft surface, folding design, and secure attachment makes these handles a practical accessory for travelling in pairs and for longer trips. When you are not carrying a passenger, you can simply fold the handles along the case, so they do not obstruct and do not spoil the appearance of the motorcycle. Before purchasing, it is advisable to verify that you have an aluminium case and are prepared to drill mounting holes for the M6 screws included in the package. This is a useful enhancement for anyone who wants to provide their passenger with more comfort and confidence on shared journeys.
